Looking for Wedding Venues around West Branch?
"If you are searching for wedding venues near or around West Branch, there are many choices to consider. For instance, you might prefer to have your wedding in your backyard and the reception at a hall. Alternatively, you may want both the wedding and reception to take place in the same location." There is even a wedding venue, where you can have your wedding, reception and stay next door in a 6 bedroom house! Here are a few places that I have experience with and tell a little bit about.
The Willow Creek Barn Wedding Venue
1. The Willow Creek Barn wedding venue is the newest venue in the West Branch area. Set at the corner of M-55 and M-33, this venue features a six-bedroom house perfect for accommodating family and the wedding party. Moreover, the actual barn has been beautifully remodeled and boasts two stories. In addition, the venue includes elegant furniture and a picturesque grassy ceremony spot, located down a winding stairway at the back. Furthermore, a charming bridge spans a meandering creek, complemented by a willow tree or two, creating a serene ambiance. Finally, there is plenty of space for setting up seating to comfortably accommodate guests.
Knights of Columbus Hall
2. Knights of Columbus Hall just off of S. M-30 on Columbus Drive. Only a few blocks south of West Branch. Additionally, it offers plenty of space for a banquet hall and dance floor, as well as a separate room specifically designated for setting up food tables. Very convenient location!
Forwards Conference Center
3. Forward Conference Center has a new name: Lumberjack Lodge, located right off the expressway in West Branch. It has been recently remodeled, making it a fresh and appealing choice! Furthermore, there is a large wedding reception room located at the back of the hotel, with a convenient entrance at the rear of the building. Additionally, you can have food catered here, which is ideal for smaller wedding receptions. What’s more, this option is particularly convenient because the hotel rooms are located right within the same building.
The Bunkhouse
4. The Bunkhouse, located just south of the overpass on S. M-30. For smaller groups. There is an upstairs room for bridal preparation or getting ready. Downstairs can be used for food tables, and the grounds has a beautiful area for an outside wedding ceremony across a pond and under a big tree.
Buck's Hideaway
5. Buck's Hideaway Banquet Hall is located next to Buck's Country Cookin in West Branch by the Dollar General. They have a large banquet room attached to the restaurant with plenty of room for wedding guest tables and dancing.
Highway Brewing Co.
6. Highway Brewing Co. is right in West Branch on the north side of the block west of 2nd St. Located upstairs is a banquet room large enough for a small wedding reception. They have plans to extend that room with an entrance to the upstairs of "Kits". I'm not sure if this renovation has been completed at the present time.
The Barn at Evergreen Farms Wedding Venue
7. One more wedding venue that is in the West Branch area is The Barn at Evergreen Farms. I haven’t been to this wedding venue yet; therefore, I can’t post any pictures. However, if you visit the link above, you’ll find plenty of pictures and detailed information about it. From what I’ve seen, it looks like an excellent place. Moreover, it offers both indoor and outdoor areas for wedding ceremonies and receptions. Additionally, it provides rooms for rent, which adds to its convenience.
